Open-source software notices

Last updated: 16 October 2026

SentrueFile is operated by Sentrue Labs. It uses open-source software and third-party assets made available under their own licences. We're grateful to their authors.

The components below are included in, or delivered by, the production site: combined into compiled JavaScript, run in Web Workers or WebAssembly, or served as static files such as colour profiles. Package names don't necessarily match separate downloads. Tools used only for development or building aren't listed, because none of their code or assets is part of the site you use.

Release: 0.1.0 (d5eee3e)

Complete licence texts

The complete licence texts and all copyright and attribution notices for this release are in third-party-licenses.txt, reproduced verbatim from the exact versions shipped. Licence files that come with PDF.js are also kept next to its files, for example /pdfjs/LICENSE.

PDF.js 6.3.289

PDF.js (pdfjs-dist) is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. The parts of its distribution that SentrueFile serves include separately licensed decoders and a colour profile, each listed with its own notices:

These parts of the PDF.js distribution are deliberately not deployed, so no notice for them is needed:

  • standard fonts (Foxit and Liberation) - your device's own fonts are used instead;
  • Adobe character maps (CMaps);
  • the QuickJS-based PDF scripting sandbox - scripts inside PDFs are never run;
  • the legacy and image-decoder builds.

Apache-licensed components

PDF.js, @swc/helpers and parts of the JBIG2 decoder are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. A copy of the licence is included in the complete licence texts. None of these packages supplies an Apache NOTICE file, and Sentrue Labs has not modified their files. Sentrue Labs does not claim ownership of PDF.js, SWC or any other third-party component.
