Questions

How do I convert WebP to JPG?

Select your WebP images on this page, keep JPG selected and press Convert to JPG. Your browser converts them on your device - nothing is uploaded - and you download the JPG files straight away.

Why convert to JPG?

JPG opens on every phone, computer and website, and is accepted by almost every online form. It suits photos; transparent areas become white.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Your browser converts them on your own device. They are never sent to our servers or anyone else's.

Which format should I choose?

WebP gives the smallest files at similar quality and suits websites. JPG works everywhere and suits photos. PNG keeps every pixel exactly and keeps transparency, but files are larger.

Will converting lower the quality?

PNG is lossless. JPG and WebP compress the picture; at High quality the difference is hard to see. Converting back and forth repeatedly loses a little each time, so keep your original.
